- Analytics to support product/portfolio management efforts
- Gather data from various sources, such as competitors, tools such as IMS or directly from our 3PLs [independently].
- Analyse data and interpret results using statistical techniques [independently].
- Provide actionable insights from the above [independently].
- Prepare and publish timely reports and presentations, in conjunction with Sales and Finance, that ultimately allow management oversight and portfolio management to maximize the profitability and help in brand growth.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic business plans, operating plans and budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations for the leadership.
Project Management:
- Assist in maintaining project plans, tracking documents, project dashboards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the project and the overall portfolio
- Identify and drive key initiatives and subprojects internally that lead to the overall benefit of the portfolio.
- Understand and build in-depth knowledge of brands and molecules, associated therapy, and competition, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop training materials.
- Bachelors in Pharmacy + MBA + 5 years of Healthcare experience or B.Tech + MBA + 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience or Undergrad in Statistics + 3-5 years of portfolio and/or brand management experience in Healthcare, from premier institutes. PMP certification was highly preferable.
