Job Description :

- Proficient in Oracle Fusion in the modules of Core HR, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Management, PMS.

- Good Configuration experience and should be able to configure the system independently as per User/Business requirements

- Coordinating with multiple stake holders which include HR, Finance, IT, etc.

- Knowledge of Taleo will be an added advantage

- Oracle Fusion Integration with Third-Party systems (preferably SAP) will be an added advantage

- Good Communication skills and should be able to train users in Fusion
