Purpose of Job : Treasury Back office / Operations of Financial services business

Key stakeholders :

- External : Banks, Mutual Funds, various other lenders, Registrars, Depositories, Custodians, Stock Exchanges, etc.

- Internal : Accounts & Finance, Secretarial dept, Various Businesses, etc.

Reporting structure :

- Role directly reports to : Sundeep Chawla

Essential Qualifications 

- Graduate in commerce along with C.A., MBA in Finance.

Essential Experience :

- 2 to 4 years experience in Treasury, excellent communication skills, Knowledge of Excel, word, & Power Point.

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Preparing / Managing Cash flows of various banks accounts and investing any short term surpluses in MFs.

- Ensuring timely debt and interest repayments on all loans.

- Documentation of various borrowings - issuance of Commercial Paper, NCDs and Loans from Banks / FIs.

- Preparation and Maintenance of Debt MIS / Investment MIS and other key MIS reports.

- Co-ordinating with internal and external Auditors to resolve all the Borrowing related queries.

- Co-ordination with various stakeholders to complete the task.

- Compliances wrt debt issuances.

- Preparing Shares monitoring reports

- Other Treasury related activities
