- Interact with and manage relationships with key external stakeholders like analysts and investors (domestic as well as global), etc.
- Monitor and analyse analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
- Develop communication and quarterly results materials for investors. Ability to plan and develop investor presentations using powerpoint.
- Keeps shareholders informed about the company by communicating our strategy, current performance, future outlook, and corporate governance standards.
- Interface with the Finance & Accounts department on matters related to external reporting and disclosures as well as company forecasts.
- Effectively use the IR section of the company website to communicate with investors, and ensure website remains best-in-class.
- Monitor the financial and qualitative expectations of analysts and investors.
- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers.
- Manages the IR effort to find, support, and encourage prospective investors by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations, and site visits by analysts and investors to the company's locations.
- Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
- Oversee and manage cross-functional projects such as the production of the Annual Report.
- Take initiative to identify and execute of best global IR practices.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA from a reputed institute.
EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of relevant experience. This could include some combination of having worked in Investor Relations, as well as other relevant Finance and Strategic functions such as F&A/ FP&A, Corporate Finance, M&A, Sector Equity Research etc.
- Preference may be given to candidate with prior experience in pharmaceutical sector.
- Understands global business environment.
- Experience with valuation, financial modeling and developing presentations.
