Job Description:

- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers.

- Tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management.

- Working towards creating investor communication through website, presentations etc.

- Assisting in preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations, and investor presentations.

- Benchmarking our annual report with best-in-class annual reports across the world.

- Benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies.

- Assisting in creating high-quality Annual Report for the company.

- Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences, and various other events.

- Assisting in conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the key feedback to the management.

- Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for Top Management.

- Carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team.
