Job Description :

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Prepare Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statement for Piramal Pharma Limited

- Analysis of financial statements

- Interaction with statutory auditors for quarterly & annual books close

- Work with Company Secretarial team, tax teams, plant/business finance controllers for various deliverables.

Skillset :

- If from Big 4 - should have experience of auditing manufacturing companies

- If from manufacturing industry, should have experience of closing books & from Corporate finance function.

- Good knowledge of Ind AS

- Excellent SAP knowledge, Excel and power point and having good communication skills.

Experience :

Chartered Accountant with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experince with following attributes:

- Qualification in First or Second attempt

- Knowledge of Indian Accountng Standards

- Big 4 experience
