Piramal - Manager - Direct Assignment

- Candidate must possess relevant experience in financial services domain (banks, NBFCs) & structured finance products especially in direct assignment.

- Ability to structure and discuss deal contours with relevant stakeholders - external(originator, legal, compliance, credit rating agency etc.) and internally(investment committee, risk & compliance)

- Candidate must understand the portfolio purchase requirements of the organisation and accordingly structure the deal.

- Candidate must focus on building new relationships and maintain existing relationships to ensure steady flow of business to the organisation.

- Focus on underwriting the credit and perform financial Modelling/CMA, loss estimation and ROE calculation on case to case basis to understand the risk -adjusted returns.

- Timely identifying and mitigating the structure risks and well-versed with the updated regulations.
