Head - Wholesale Credit Operations
- Experience in Credit Administration Department (CAD) / Credit Monitoring Department / Credit Mid Office Group (CMOG) functions with Private Sector Banks / NBFCs would be preferred
- 4+ years of experience in credit operations / credit administration w.r.t pre disbursement activities
- Prior experience of managing/monitoring operations teams, setting up and monitoring of required process metrics for ops teams
- Prior experience in handling aspects of audit, compliance, maintaining accounts would be preferred
- Well versed with Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI would be preferred
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle and credit operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience with use of technology systems
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectively manage time & workload
- Attention to detail, ownership of issues, determination to follow through with urgency
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience with use of technology systems
- Good understanding MS PowerPoint, MS Word

- Tracking, monitoring and driving closure of all open pre and post disbursement conditions
- In case of deviations taken by Business team, in scenarios such as change in deal terms, transaction covenants, extension of time for satisfaction of conditions etc., verification of original terms v/s proposed changed terms, impact and justification prior to circulation to all stakeholders as per defined approval matrix
Playing the role of Checker for critical activities, monitoring regional credit operations teams for effective execution of the following activities:
- Conduct of proper regulatory checks (CIBIL, RBI and other caution lists, World Check etc.)
- Ensuring all sanctioned terms and conditions including clauses pertaining to security have been accurately incorporated in the Sanction Letter
- Proper checking by Operations team or Trustee that executed documents - both loan & collateral documents - are in line with the sanctioned terms
- Responsible to monitor the pending documents & ensure proper credit compliance
- Project financial model data (captured by Investment Manager)
- Regular and proper system upload of executable/executed transaction documents, project business plans, IC notes, term sheets, due diligence reports in IT system
- Ensuring the documentation is handed over to the trustee with adequate records in soft copy maintained internally
