Management Accountant

Piramal Realty is urgently looking to hire a Management Accountant.

Job role includes however not limited to the following:

- Analysis and interpretation of results and preparation of financial and operating statistical reports to support the company's financial planning.

- Assist in NPV analysis & preparation of operating MIS.

- Assist in evaluation of business operations and preparation of annual AOP for the organization and track KRA's.

- Preparing management reports and assisting the top management in activity related to project registration in RERA and compliances.

Qualification and experience:

Chartered Accountants with 7 years of similar experience within real estate industry would be highly preferred.
