- Attracting &amp; retaining top quality investors through preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events - Managing and working towards improving the quality of investor communication through website, presentations etc. - Creating high quality Annual Report for the company - Preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations. - Conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the key feedback to the management - Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&amp;A documents, etc. for Top Management - Benchmarking best-in-class annual reports across the world and creatively thinking of new and innovative ideas - Benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies and help the team incorporating the same - Effectively responding to Investor/Analyst concerns.
