Job Description :
- Develop the online vertical/ website for our all product category
- Setting up of operations for the channel
- Build, Launch and Test end to end offering for website
- Responsible for the complete PL, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and gross margins
- Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with best practices of industry
- Planning consumer acquisitions strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams: Creative, Media, Digital, Loyalty; Direct marketing, Public relations and web development
- Responsible for developing the Sales targets
- Prepare the Annual online marketing budget
- Manage appropriate website promotions on all platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Designing and planning exclusive product ranges and working closely with design, product and production team
- Pricing Management : Manage competitive pricing
- Inventory/replenishment Management : Analysis of inventory required based on sales
- Activation of fulfillment centers owned and operated by marketplaces - managing and coordinating the shipments
- B2C Selling models know-how
- Issue resolution : Resolution of any issues arising out on website especially breaching of the SLAs, listing issues, reconciliation issues, etc.
