Role title : Manager - Culture & Change

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

Diversity & Inclusion :

- Conceptualize, design and deliver the Diversity & Inclusion agenda at the Piramal Group including (but not limited to) gender, generation, disability etc.

- This includes evaluating our current status and developing, driving and monitoring cutting-edge inclusion policies and programs including gender sensitivity training, mentoring and grooming of women leaders, career comeback programs, millennial friendly policies etc.

- External engagement - Engagement with industry and partners to understand trends and best practices in the Diversity & Inclusion space

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition CmoE to design sourcing strategies that create and develop a pipeline of diverse talent

Change Management :

- Offer expertise to business leaders and Business HR across Group companies on all aspects related to culture and change

- Project manage and drive business-specific projects related to culture and change

- Assists with the facilitation of training and supports consulting and coaching to leaders on organizational design, change management, diversity, inclusion, engagement

Mergers & Acquisitions :

- Offer expertise to business leaders and Business HR in M&A situations, drive and support HR integration (process, policy, culture) as required.

- Drive all HR integration related projects

Drive a high-engagement, high-performance culture within Piramal by :

- Measuring employee engagement periodically

- Facilitating action planning across workgroups on a need basis

- Project managing engagement related action planning across the Piramal Group

- Build a coaching and mentoring framework for the Piramal Group and drive a coaching culture across the organization

- Experience in OD projects preferably in a consulting context

- Prior experience in the Learning / OD or Talent Management space required

- Approx 4-5 years of post-qualification experience preferred

- Interest and passion on diversity and inclusion is desirable, research orientation in this space is also an added advantage
