Essential Qualifications

- Post-graduate (MBA preferred)

- Deep experience & understanding of retail financial services across NBFCs, banking

Essential Skills & Experience

- 10+years management experience in HFC or Mortgage Industry

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize conflicting and changing priorities

- Ability to liase & follow-up with internal stakeholders and vendors

- Good written & verbal communication skills

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Manage business for entire Zone

- Driving business through D2C (Direct to Customer) model.

- Focusing on existing customer base of BFL with BL/ DL/ CD relationship and open market sourcing.

- Monitoring Business activities that are in tandem to the Credit Policy of the Company. Driving the Branch managers & ME based on the Logins and achieve the Target.

- Responsible for the sales, Recovery and Credit Activities of the region.

- Analyzing Self Employed Proposal and Sanctioning the Loans based on the Business.

- Had Responsible for the Business development and Opening of New Branches and Service Centre.

- Visiting all the Branches and Service center and conducting the sale Promotion activities, to increase the business.

- Responsible to analyze the credit and sanctioning the file.

- Pitching the RHF Scheme through Various Marketing Strategy and Sourcing the Business from the different areas.
