JOB OVERVIEW:

The Head of Global Business Shared Services would lead Order to cash , Procure to pay , Master data management and Q uality Assurance for Piramal Pharma India and Global.

Would be accountable for delivery of business services as per agreed Service level agreements, with strong governance for service management. Ensure smooth operations at world class levels of cost, error free quality of service delivery . Drive technology initiatives to automate processes and enhance Create a winning culture that is focused on competence, collaboration with business partners, and delivering business impact

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL

- Finance

- Supply Chain

- Sales & Operations Teams

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL

- Vendors

- Customers

- Statutory Auditors

- Internal Auditors.

Team size: 4 direct (overall team size 85+)

QUALIFICATION: CA

EXPERIENCE:

- Overall, 15 to 18 year's experience

- Expertise in all aspects of Global business Services developing business cases, service delivery strategy, leading transitions both internal & external, run operations, drive transformation, performance management

- Demonstrated success in delivering large, complex programs like setting up and scaling Shared Service Centers, ERP implementations, developing Business continuity plans, business transformation, hyper automation

- Exposure to SAP S4 HANA

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to handle large teams

- Ability to work in diverse cultural environment.

- Customer centricity approach , Technology driven aptitude

- Process oriented with focus on building an SOP, documentation driven environment

Adherence to SLAs:

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Drive Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management and Quality Assurance functions to service global stakeholders in line with agreed service level agreements.

2. Lead Technology initiatives across each vertical to automate processes and enhance productivity.

3. Build culture of operational excellence within the function with sharper focus on Balance Sheet Hygiene & stronger internal controls

4. Drive initiatives to optimize cost, standardize processes, enhance user experience across the function.

5. Foster a culture of continuous creation, updating of Manuals, SOPs and robust documentation across verticals.

6. Encourage and create avenues for team members to pursue continuous learning of functional and soft skills to perform their jobs through the inhouse Gurukul learning academy.

7. Drive initiatives that enhance team engagement, retention and build a pipeline of talent that can grow to take up higher responsibilities in the organization.

8. Lead the Digital transformation initiative to transition the function to a higher version of ERP and ensure smooth implementation of all relevant modules across the function.

9. Lead transition of global activities to be centralized and manage a smooth transition.

10. Responsible for ensuring an error free, on time service at the right cost and quality.
