Piramal - Geography Head - Collection - Unsecured Products

We are looking to hire a State Head/Geography Head in Collections for the Unsecured Products across various location Pan India.

- Incumbent will have end to end responsibility for Pan-India collections for the loan portfolio - Unsecured Collections

- Reporting to Zonal Head

- Plan and execute regional-level growth-focused strategies to augment collections, recoveries, reduce bad debts and delinquencies.

- Build and develop review mechanism that throws strong early warning signals and develop mitigation strategies

- Manage and ensure delinquency related parameters (including collections efficiency, roll forward/roll back%, NPA%, quick mortality, non-starters%, bounce rate etc.) are within targets

- Monitor monthly status of collection and recovery including performance of surrender/repossession at NPA stage, auction, days in stock, loss per unit sold and write-off bad debt collection

- Set productivity targets & monitor performance of the Area Collection Managers, agencies of the mapped region
