Identify and allocate resources like manpower, systems and technologies required for business scale up / growth plans - Monitor business performance vis-a-vis budgets. Financial planning and business impact analysis - Evaluate inorganic investment opportunities and new business ideas and present / propose to the Board / Management for approval. - Provide strategic counsel to the Chairman and Business Unit CEOs and drive / implement the change management initiatives across various businesses as per scale up / growth plans. - Liaise with external consultants, internal stakeholder for implementation of strategic initiatives / new business initiatives. - Lead and manage the change management / process improvement initiatives. Monitor &amp; track performance, milestones and troubleshooting, conflict resolutions, if any. - Source, evaluate and recommend Technology solutions / options for automation, process improvement or simplification of existing processes. - Lead &amp; project management various projects / initiatives as initiated by the Management as and when required or as per business requirements.
