Job Description - Role: Assistant Company Secretary
Designation: General Manager - Company Secretarial
Necessary Education: Company Secretary. LLB May be an added advantage.
Necessary experience:
15-20 years of relevant experience in a listed company.

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to manage high-pressure environment
- Team handling experience
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Expertise to take decisions, and lead the function in dynamic times
- Expert knowledge in Company Law, Listing Agreement and applicable SEBI Regulations
- Good knowledge in related FEMA regulations
- Knowledge in FEMA NBFC Regulations, SEBI AIF Regulations and Compliance Reporting System would be an advantage;
- Statutory compliance
- Company Law Management including Secretarial Standards
- Debt listing compliance if applicable
- SEBI related compliance
- To instill latest best-in-class secretarial practices in the team and the organization
- To assist in compliance with listing requirements of listed companies in the Group.
- Liaison with external agencies viz RoC, Share Transfer Agents, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, etc
- Be in charge of Insider Trading compliances
