Manager Product Brick EX Piramal Funds

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Co-ordinate and meet with existing developers (funded by Piramal) to launch Real Estate advisory products for the platform

- Understand Developer Projects, conduct Site Visits, Undertake basic due diligence on the project.

- Design innovative structures for investments or purchase for investors.

- Involves negotiations with Developers for brokerage, marketing fees, etc.

- Involve with marketing team for preparation of marketing materials, email pack and disseminate all information to Internal Sales team, upload in website.

- Co-ordinate with Sales team to understand investor & distributor sentiments which will help in designing solutions.

- Study competition products on regular basis.

- Responsible for Sales of the products launched through internal sales team.

- Conduct events for products launched through involvement of developers

- Study Mumbai and Pune real estate markets on regular basis and generate reports

- Ensuring servicing from developers in all regions.

- Streamling processes through Propintel operations and Developer operations.

Essential Skills & Experience :

- Experience in structuring or selling products.

- Having good Excel skills (advanced) & preparing presentations

- Good negotiation skills

- Experience in real estate is preferable
