Job Description : Role: Executive - Supply Chain (Demand Planning)

Location : Mumbai (Kurla)

Division: Consumer Products / Over the Counter (OTC)

Key responsibilities:

Play an active role in creating statistical forecasts :

- Gather, analyze and validate data

- Summarize, aggregate and present statistical forecasts

- Effectively collaborate with sales and marketing team for activities like sampling drive / free units distribution

- Ensure engagement with procurement team for adherence on the purchase plans

- Review shortfalls and discuss with distribution team on the coverage plans

- Participate in SNOP process with procurement team

- Review assess and feedback on the various forecasts received from sales

- Recommend adjustments for operational forecasts

Other activities that fall in the daily course of work :

1 PR / PO creation / closure in SAP based on the SNOP

2 MIS preparation on daily stocks, Inventory, DOC, Sales, Procurement plan vs actuals, trends in forecast error etc.

3 Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
