- Qualified Cost Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Audits, Direct/Indirect Tax Compliance

- Advanced MIS and good analytical skills.

- Experience in Financial Services or shared Services would be an added advantage

- Preparation of Base data for Incentive Payouts and Channel partner payouts

- To implement all changes as rolled out by the products team relating to Channel partner payouts and employee incentives

- Analysis of Expenses incurred during the month and to be responsible for the monthly roll out of Expense related MIS Pack

- Initiating small improvement projects in Accounts payable and channel partner payout related activities

- Coordinate within the team to get all the base data relating to TDS and to be responsible for timely filing of returns

- To help the team for preparation of FSD and UAT for the new Loan Management system to be implemented

- Act as a backup for processing invoices and employee reimbursements

- To help the team in preparing SOP's and all process related documents

- Work with the QC team to implement QA for FS and manage it on a regular basis

- Handle month end activities relating to Fixed Assets, Processing Fees Bank Reconciliation and Investments

- Qualified Cost and Management Accountant with 1 to 3 yrs of Experience in Shared Services/Manufacturing/Financial Services

- Working knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage

- Advanced Excel Skills would be an added advantage
