BUSINESS: Piramal Consumer Products Division DEPARTMENT: Sales Development LOCATION: Kurla, Mumbai TRAVEL: Moderate SHIFT: General Shift JOB OVERVIEW: The incumbent in this role is responsible for supporting the Modern Trade and General Trade teams in developing and implementing customer marketing strategy for brands. Develop Channel Loyalty programs in GT for W/S and Retail and drive Recruitment and conversion through the NSM's. Develop Category Growth Platforms for Brands and support the Modern Trade team for Listing. Drive promotional Strategies for brands in both Channels, KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Sales, Marketing, finance, IT KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL Retail audit agencies and activation agencies REPORTING STRUCTURE: National Sales Development Manager QUALIFICATION: MBA in Sales/Marketing EXPERIENCE: - 3-4 years of total work experience in sales and Regional Key Account Management (2 Years of GT Trade Experience a Must) - Should have exposure to Trade or Shopper activations - Analytical skills - Leadership and planning ability - Communication and presentation skills Key Roles/Responsibilities: Custodian of channel program: Through field team drive best in class execution of retail (PMO: Piramal Model outlet) and wholesale (Bandhan) loyalty program. Set success metrics for the program's and evaluate performance against same Capture key trade Insights and recommend actions basis same Scan chemist landscape to identify emerging trends for in-store visibility, trade engagement and recommend ways to leverage same for Piramal Build efficiency in trade spends: Analyze the output of trade spends and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of investment. Create a road-map that captures long term gains through trade spends and necessary interventions for same Shopper in-sighting Identify key shopper insights for modern trade channel that can support in creating a engaging brand-shopper interaction People Management and Development Liase and work along with retail audit agency for ensuring a diligent review process before pay-out Work along with marketing team to ensure adequate display material availability and execution
