Description - Job Title: Credit Operations Manager (Pre-disbursement Operations)

- Experience in Credit Administration Department (CAD) / Credit Monitoring Department / Credit Mid Office Group (CMOG) functions with Private Sector Banks / NBFCs would be preferred
- 4+ years of experience in credit operations / credit administration w.r.t pre disbursement activities
- Well versed with Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI would be preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience with use of technology systems
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectively manage time & workload
- Attention to detail, ownership of issues, determination to follow through with urgency
- Good understanding MS PowerPoint, MS Word

- Ensuring all sanctioned terms and conditions including clauses pertaining to security have been accurately incorporated in the Sanction Letter
- Proper checking by Operations team or Trustee that executed documents - both loan & collateral documents - are in line with the sanctioned terms
- Project financial model data (captured by Investment Manager)
- Regular and proper system upload of executable/executed transaction documents, project business plans, IC notes, term sheets, due diligence reports in IT system
- Ensuring the documentation is handed over to the trustee with adequate records in soft copy maintained internally.ensuring adherence to timelines for completion of post disbursement audit
- Coordination with Treasury function for maintaining approval TATs on pre-disbursement checklists, deviation notes, secretarial compliance etc.
- Proper tracking of creation of security documents, perfection of security with ROC, compliance of CERSAI registration within the prescribed timelines
- Effective coordination done by regional operations team with Investment Manager and Internal Audit on compliance of Condition Subsequents (CSs) (including flagging critical CSs to the Investment Manager and Asset Manager)
- Coordination with client accounting operations team (when required) to ensure that loan account, planned and actual disbursement and repayment schedule data is properly maintained on IT system for all loan accounts being managed by regional operations teams under supervision
- Coordination with post-disbursement operations team (as and when required) to ensure that all critical asset monitoring data is properly maintained and tracked on IT system for all loan accounts being managed by regional operations teams under supervision
- Publishing MIS on set frequency basis for early warning signals wherein there has been delay in the satisfaction of the agreed terms and condition, covenants etc
- Formulating of policies and processes in adherence with the statutory and regulatory guidelines
- Providing solutions / business requirement documents for automation of the processes
