Purpose / Key roles and responsibilities :
- To assist the senior team members in deal execution and monitoring.
- Assist in the analysis/due diligence effort for new deals.
- Prepare IC notes, financial models and presentation materials.
- Co-ordinate post IC documentation and disbursement processes with internal legal/finance teams.
Key stakeholders External :
1. CFO/CEOs of target clients
2. Intermediaries-investment banks, wealth managers, Chartered Accountants
Internal :
1. Partner Functions- Legal, Finance, Compliance, Asset Management & Secretarial, Risk
Reporting structure : Head - Credit
Essential Qualifications : CA/MBA from a Tier I Institute
Essential Experience : 1 - 3 years in a credit role in a SME division of a bank/NBFC and credit rating agencies.
Knowledge : Understanding of various lending products and ability to structure transactions to clients- requirements
- Strong hold on financial & credit principles
- Excellent Negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
Action : Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market
Care : Maintain healthy relationships with market intermediaries and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
