Piramal - Coverage/Real Estate Lending Role

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited (PCHFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Limited (the flagship company of Piramal Group), is registered as a housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB) and engaged in various financial services businesses.

It provides both wholesale and retail funding opportunities across sectors. In real estate, the platform provides housing finance and other financing solutions across the entire capital stack such as structured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting etc.

Purpose of Job : To evaluate and create investing opportunities and driving liquidity initiatives for the business.

Essential Qualification : CA or MBA or M.A. in Economics from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute

Essential Experience : 12 - 15 years of experience in a Bank/ NBFC/ Private Equity/ IPC

Key Roles /Responsibilities:

- Have strong relationships across the Developer community in the region.

- Good Post investment Asset Management Skills for efficient repayment of the loans.

- Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc. to ensure and healthy investment and exit from the project

- Coordinating with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, Audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc

- Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc.

- Strong in micro market analysis in terms of demand supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc.
