Piramal - Country Finance Manager - CA

- Maintain Books of Accounts as per the requirement of Indian and Local GAAP.

- Collaborate with different stakeholders to manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Cost Accounting, Inventory accounting and Revenue Recognition.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Prepare cash flow statement to ensure availability of sufficient funds to meet business requirement.

- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis.

- Monitor the bank account transactions at regular intervals.

- Closely work with Corporate Finance team and provide required support for statutory and internal audits.

- Keep track of Secretarial records in co-ordination with Corporate Secretarial team to ensure compliance with company’s act.

- Manage and comply with local and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Prepare and publish financial results for Statutory and Management Reporting.

- Co-ordinate with the local tax and audit consultant for the tax and statutory law compliances.

- Reconcile the profits reported in statutory accounts with management reports.

- Ad-hoc reporting as per the business requirement.

- Collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the results.
