- To reduce the solvent spend (consumption) by increasing the recovery of solvent and usage of recovered solvents

- To ensure that the Project team delivers as per the KPIs

- To ensure efficient operations during project execution

- Compliance to Quality, safety and Regulatory requirements

- To ensure departmental discipline and create atmosphere of congeniality, of equal opportunity, unbiased decisions and openness

- To ensure projects are completed as per plan

- To upgrade plant facilities/equipment for cost efficient operations & better productivity

- Responsible for establishing solvent recovery for new projects and existing commercial projects from conceptualization to execution

- Develop key KPIs and matrix for efficient solvent recovery operations

- Work along with R&D and TSD for developing efficient solvent recovery processes

- Support for regulatory changes arising during implementation

- Design, build, install and commission new solvent recovery units based on the business and process needs

- Develop solvent Recovery strategy and Solvent Recovery Process to minimize the consumption & Cost

- Responsible for conducting new trials on solvent recovery, solvent loss reduction, Energy saving,

- Performance monitoring and Stabilizing of Solvent Recovery Column

- Involving in cost saving by improving yield as well as solvent recovery and reuse for making process cost effective

- Establish the recycling activity through cross functional collaboration

- Proactively identify areas of obstruction and take steps to rectify the same

- Support & Guide the team for critical operation under emergency scenario, should lead major

- Lead and drive the team to successful completion of the Transformation projects

- Meet the voice of customer and business

- Identify areas of improvement via Global benchmarking.
