Essential Qualifications : MBA/ CA (Tier 1 institute)

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Structured finance experience preferable but not mandatory

- Business evaluation & credit analysis

- Ability to handle end-to-end execution of deals

- Working with investee companies and the monitoring team

- Experience across industrial, infrastructure sectors

- Preparing investment case memos

- Dealing independently with clients, lawyers, advisors for various aspects of the transaction

Essential Skills & Experience :

- 6- 9 years of experience in non- RE sectors

- Must have experience of training and leading teams

Must have experience on the sell side
