Chief Manager SAP (Business Analyst) - SAP Functional Expert JOB OVERVIEW: The incumbent would be a functional expert on SAP and work as point of contact for the specific business unit. As the IT SAP Business Analyst, be the IT Point of Contact (SPOC) for converting Business Requirements into IT specifications. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL SAP CoE , Pharma Business Stake holders, QeC , Infra , Pharma Business IT KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL Partners , vendors REPORTING STRUCTURE: Will report to GM IT Team size : None , would work as an individual contributor QUALIFICATION: Graduate BE + Postgraduate or Masters i.e. MCA, M Tech, MBA, MSC IT) EXPERIENCE: 10 to 12 years CRITICAL QUALITIES: - Stakeholder management - Communication - BA for SAP - Global exposure is mandatory Key Roles/Responsibilities: 1. The candidate should understand Pharma business processes and be able to explain to SAP team 2. As the IT SAP Business Analyst, be the IT Point of Contact ( for converting Business Requirements into IT specifications 3. Should have worked or have knowledge on CSV documentations and validation process as per pharma guidelines for any change management roll out or implementation 4. Should have excellent communication skills both oral and written 5. Excellent Business knowledge and should be able to communicate the business requirements to the SAP CoE team or any other IT team or business stake holders 6. Should have good coordination and follow up skills with business teams and IT 7. Good knowledge of at SAP modules and excellent knowledge of any one module (not configuration) Should have worked as a power user in earlier organization 8. Having experience in integration of SAP with other applications is essential - Preferred knowledge or experience in S 4 HANA - Shall be responsible for initial training the user departments to enable them to use the SAP functionalities effectively - Shall be responsible for Implementation of Business Processes Change Management, and will also coordinating with cross functional module leads and continuous monitoring and system development - Project Management Manage internal business stakeholder expectations before Project Initiation, during Project Execution and post Go Live, change management - Coordinate with project management team and help in Monitoring Tracking of project milestones action items, effective Status reporting to key stakeholders, Escalation - Should drive Governance calls with SAP support teams to ensure SAP queries are resolved - Should have the capability to train business users on SAP functionalities implemented - Working experience in manufacturing environment is essential - Excellent interpersonal skill and team management capabilities - Should have worked in any implementation or roll outs will be an advantage - Should have worked in any ticketing tool such as Symphony Sumit, Service now etc - Should have 10 to 12 years of experience with similar size of organization
