Positions that report into this role : Manager - Talent Management Essential Qualifications : MBA in HR or Masters in HR/Psychology Essential Experience : - A minimum of 6-8 years- experience in talent management with preferred experience in Talent Assessments, organizational design, succession planning etc. - Experience of having worked with a consulting firm or handled talent management roles will be preferred. This will includeTalent Review Process Roll outs : - Leading the annual talent review process across group companies. - Move the needle on the internal fill rate by looking at processes for grooming and leveraging internal talent - Partnering closely with business level talent leads, HR heads and other communities of excellence (rewards, talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion) to ensure talent review outcomes are met through the year. - Partnering with the central talent acquisition team to ensure the internal job posting process is executed for succession or career movements that are discussed High Potential Curation and Development : - Overseeing the curation process for junior and mid- level high potentials and actively working on the curation of talent at senior management level. - Governing the leadership development journeys for high potentials- assessment cycle, selection, development at all levels in partnership with the Piramal Learning University. - Building regular channels of communication with the Top Leadership Team, HR Business Partners and business talent leads on progress and development of high potentials at the junior management level. - Building Talent Analytics to support talent decisions such as career movements, succession, rewards etc. - Ensuring high potential engagement and retention Talent Assessments : - Building a common talent assessment methodology and framework for all group level assessment processes such as promotion assessments, high potential talent assessments, and hiring assessments. - Leading talent assessment processes (assessment and development centers, 360 Feedback processes, psychometric evaluation processes) wherever applicable for specific business needs that come in.
