Strategies formulation and implementation through various digital platforms. 2. Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy for E-commerce channel 3. Planning, Executing &amp; Handling complete business operations of E-commerce at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM. 4. Responsibility for online sales as per budgets 5. Responsible for creating and maintaining rich content for products on the e-commerce platforms with the aim of emulating the brand environment on the site as well as enabling better and more informed decision making for the buyers 6. Regular reviews with each functions; documenting all financials for the business as well as detailing status 7. Identification of new opportunities in online space 8. Tracking the trends, opportunities and threat in industry and plan for mitigation or taking advantage 9. Create rapport for the organization with key online retailers 10. Sign the TOT, with desired counterparts, Ensure TOT execution and adherence PAN India 11. Challenge the existing route to market model and suggest ways of reducing cost in the same
