- The incumbent will be responsible to drive the implementation of on-going and envisaged technology initiatives for Piramal Consumer Product Division.
- Help business rigorously evaluate and successfully implement technology solutions in a cost-effective and time-bound manner in order to realize the targeted benefits from technology
KEY STAKEHOLDERS :
INTERNAL : Internal business functions, Internal Development Team, Corporate IT team
EXTERNAL : Third party service providers (consultants, technology vendors, knowledge partners)
REPORTING STRUCTURE : Administratively to General Manager Finance Functionally to Corporate CIO
Reportees : Overall Team of 6 to 7 (3 direct reportees) QUALIFICATION: BE / B TECH/ M TECH / MBA IT from a premier Indian Institute (preferable)
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 15-18 Years of Technology experience Minimum 5-8 years of Pharma/OTC/FMCG experience in managing enterprise application, IT strategy and program management
- Experience in Salesforce Automation (SFA), Analytical Platform (Qlik Sense), Robotic Process Automation (UI Path), MS SharePoint, SAP Modules
- Experience in both technology design and implementation aspects working with system integrators for integrations
- Experience in working with Key Stakeholders on strategic projects
Skills :
- Program management skills for driving technology changes
- Strong data management fundamentals
- Excel skills & basic data analytics
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities Commercial Acumen.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Assisting Key Business Agenda
- Proactively recommend IT Solutions to business considering business vision and industry trends.
- Tracking the execution of business strategic projects
- Develop Technology Road Map align with business strategy / roadmap - Gauge and communicate risks associated with IT investments
- Develop, track, and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
- Evolve business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
- Evaluate projects and decide if the projects need to be in-house or outsourced
- Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades
- Review project plans in order to plan and coordinate project activity.
- Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
- Keep abreast of current trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices.
- Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact. - Control operational budget and expenditures.
- Managing secure network access for remote users People Management and Development
- Supervise recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies
- Development of team members in-order to take on responsibilities independently
- Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines
