The Consumer Products Division, part of the healthcare vertical of Piramal Enterprises, is one of the fastest growing business with high growth aspiration - of being Rs 1000 crores by FY-2016. It has some of the leading brands in it's portfolio like Saridon, Lacto Calamine, I range of products (i-pill, i-sure, i-can), Supractiv Complete, Polycrol, Tri-activ, Tetmosol, Itchmosol, Jungle Magic etc. Currently, it is ranked 7th in the self-care consumer space. The job responsibilities of the role will be to:

Position reporting to: General Manager - Innovation

Preferred profiles from FMCG industry.

1. Plan and develop category and consumer concern expertise with clearly defined short-term and long term brand(s) goals

2. Design processes and measures to enable building detailed consumer understanding and strong consumer insights

3. Lead, co-ordinate and secure buy-ins from all relevant stakeholders including agencies and deliver new products within defined timeline

4. Build self and team capabilities on structuring, strengthening and delivering an 'outside-in' thinking•

5. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.

6. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

7. Determine and manage the marketing budget.

8. Liaison with media and trade activation team to design the appropriate media plan and trade scheme for new launches

9. Designing (along with brand manager) the brand communication for new launch

10. Prepare SOP and SLAs for projects which have multiple stakeholders

11. Liase with sales team and align them to the brand objectives for the month/quarter

12. Work with brand building team for smooth integration of new launches and faster acceptance in the market
