Responsibilities-
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Interview Coordination
- Maintain candidate databases
- Offer Negotiation
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years' experience
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer / recruiter.
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
