Piramal Capital - Associate Principal - Credit & Structuring - Capital Markets & Advisory

Capital Markets & Advisory is a newly set up team at Piramal Finance, with the mandate to originate, structure, execute and selldown debt transactions.

So we are looking for a suitable candidate who is strong in credit analysis, making investment presentation, IC notes, market review, analytics, cashflow analysis for debt - senior as well as mezz - so as to enable closure of trades.

Essential Qualifications CA / MBA in Finance

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive industry and company research as well as financial and capital structure analysis to determine growth / funding opportunities and recommend capital and funding structures.

2. Assist / Prepare financial models for balancesheet and cashflow analysis

3. Assist / Prepare internal memorandum for the credit committee, highlighting the rationale and key concerns for the deal

4. Work end to end on execution of deals including documentation (Termsheets, Loan and security documents), due diligence, legal liaison, regulatory, disbursement etc.

Post investment monitoring, liason with various stakeholders like legal, finance, compliance etc
