Job Description - Consumer products division is one of the fastest growing businesses of Piramal Enterprises. We entered the OTC (over-the-counter) market in late 1990s and have since grown at a CAGR of 17%. Some of our most well-known brands under the consumer products include Saridon, Lacto Calamine & Jungle Magic.

We are looking for excellent training professionals for a position of Business Training Manager (Sales Training) for the Consumer Products Division.

Essential Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience of sales training in preferably Consumer Products/FMCG/OTC/OTX companies.

Key responsibilities :

- To ensure that the field force in Zone of influence are enabled to do effective execution of all strategies with coaching through OJT and class room training

- Ensure high productivity for modern trade vertical

- To build a distinctive sales force in the zone of influence through OJT as per need and conducting timely class room training (Crash course / Induction / Boosters)

- Provide insights into input utilization and competitors to Marketing team

- To ensure quality recruitment for field positions by being part of the interview process

- Ongoing knowledge reinforcement to sales team

Education : Graduate/MA/MBA
