Piramal - Business Excellence Role

We at PHL Fininvest are looking for a young, dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our Business Excellence Team and help us drive our fast-paced agile product development programs.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Any Graduate + MBA (Preferred)

2. Fluency in Spoken/Written English

Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years

An Ideal Candidate should have following skills:

- Should have flair for people management, project management and change management

- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and facilitating transformational projects

- Analytical bent of mind and sound understanding of technology

- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize workload

- Ability to do market research and formulate strategies to improve the product proposition

- Familiarity with finance sector

- Familiarity with Lean and/ or Agile and/ or Design thinking

- Knowledge of process mapping tools

- Hands on with MS-office productivity suite
