Expectation from the Role

Profile of the Role

Product Manager

- Develop and champion a product vision, product strategy for the platform in the financial industry in a pure digital way

- Preferably from the Retail industry, is a very strong SME and has an understanding of all aspects of the customer life cycle management

- Will be able to translate the business requirements into technical product solutions working closely with the solution architect to design it and implement it

- Will be technical enough to actually come up with use cases to validate and test

- Will build the product roadmap for multiple business functions within financial services, in support of corporate goals and objectives

- Will use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements

- Will work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, traveling to various branches to build customer closeness and stakeholder relationships

- Will present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership

- 10-12 years of Retail domain lending experience having worked in implementing the processes on tech platforms across CRM, LOS and LMS

- Has the capability of defining the UI/UX themes across products across the entire customer life cycle

- Should be able to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team, create workflows, processes, correlate data sets

- Be able to create requirement traceability matrix, create business use cases, do UAT, hand hold the users to do functional testing, act as a liaison between the developers and business

- Has complete understanding of micro services architectures, technical design techniques for building products, information and data architectures

- Will bring the external though leadership in helping the teams research competition and third party vendors to understand the market dynamics

- Will prioritize, design and implement projects and enhancements

- Will leverage data to make more informed product decisions

- Will work closely with Marketing, the Business, testing teams to launch products and ensure their adoption
