PipeCandy - Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities -

- Hire and train SDRs of industry, market segments, products, value propositions, pitches, and FAQs

- Gather requirements from AE for sales & marketing collaterals and deliver time-bound collaterals through sales enablement and marketing teams

- Orchestrate new processes & measure outcomes to influence MQL to SAL ratio - specifically, by improving first-response rates, cadence response rates, demo show-up rates, and/or SALs that are driven by SDR teams

- Work with content/sales enablement to experiment with new email ideas for outreach

- Evaluate, buy and use data from various sources for outbound campaigns

- Implement HubSpot sales and ensure updated data across all funnels at all times

- Set up reports for measuring leads to closure & nurture velocity & for attributing the closure to the right AE

- Devise approaches for nurture-worthy leads to be handled between SDR and Marketing

- Report weekly pipeline metrics across all funnels between MQLs to SQLs

Techno-Functional Expertise Required:

- Measure & manage SDR performance through numbers

- Train SDRs

- Complete know-how and best practices related to HubSpot sales

- Documentation of sales FAQs and upkeep of collaterals (versioning, easy access)

- Evaluation of data sources, implementation, and procurement negotiations

- Prepare and maintain dashboards on HubSpot

Skills Required:

- Grasp of industry, segment, and customer contexts

- Process & metrics approach to improving funnel metrics

- Reporting the right insights for sales and marketing planning

- Manage team performance through training and outcome metrics
