PDOECL is located on the South Western coast of Gujarat, about 130 kms from Bhavnagar to its east and Diu, about 90 kms to its west. It is located at one of the most advantageous sites in Gujarat, adjacent to India’s first private sea port, with natural break water, the shortest navigation channel and a deep draft. It also contains India’s largest dry dock.

Key Responsibilities:

- Docking / Un docking / ships / Semi Fub rigs & launching of new vessels.

- Preparation of Procedures for above scope.

- Rig move planning

- Guidness to Pilot for which Rig move / Towage

- During Docking & Undocking operations control Tugs mooring crew, mooring launch for safe n schedule completion.

- Inspection of Docking Blocks- To verify compliance with docking plan

Education / Experience:

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Mechanical 18 years of experience in Ship Building / Marine
