Responsibilities :
1) Make sales strategy from modern as well as traditional super store's perspective.
2) He would be responsible to set his own monthly, quarterly and yearly target for winning new customers from the scratch.
2) Build the fresh team to take care different zone of the region.
Day-to-day tasks are likely to include:
1) Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
2) Making appointments with and meeting new customers
3) Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
4) Meeting sales targets
5) Promoting new products and any special deals
6) Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
7) Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
8) Giving feedback on sales trends
Preference but not mandatory :
1) Having minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience
2) Experience in selling premium products
3) Experience of handling team
