Responsibilities : - Provide solutions but not limited to: Customer Segmentation &amp; Targeting, Product Optimization, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization, Customer Lifetime Value. - Analyze Google Analytics and other data sources on daily basis and provide solutions to concerned teams - Responsible for developing new product/ service oriented strategies and Communicate strategies to the technical team and implement them. - Identify and solve weaknesses in and out of the organization. - Develop, document and maintain complex business models and should interact with all departments and should participate on business meetings of the organization. - Explore new ways of opportunities to increase client/customer satisfaction. - Develop solutions for complex business problems inside the organization. Requirements : - Strong story-telling &amp; articulation skills ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights &amp; recommendations for technical &amp; non-technical audience - Programming background and expertise in building models using at least one of the following tools and languages : MySQL, Excel, Google Analytics &amp; R. Should have exposure to at least 1 Business Intelligence tool like metabase or Pentaho - Experience in handling big data sets (Structured or unstructured data). Ability to understand business problems and convert them to an optimal data strategy. - A degree i.e. Maths, Statistics, Finance, Business Studies - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce - Ability to take on stretch assignments and deliver under pressure. - Must be patient &amp; good team player
