Job description for ERM:
- Acquiring and maintaining client relationships using the wealth platform.
- Advising Ultra NRI clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients.
- Track the Ultra HNI segment in the market for new client acquisition.
- To research, investigate and update on available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they fit into clients" portfolios.
- Constantly monitor client portfolio and recommend appropriate investment solutions and ensuring compliant sales and maintaining the Sales quality levels, via periodic audit checks and review of sales processes.
- To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decisions for the clients & also to provide customized offerings.
- To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities in the branch & branch catchments area.
- To generate TPP Income which includes income from Wealth product, TFX & forward bookings.
- To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats.
- Responsible for looking after branch entailing the business of branch i.e. New Clients Acquisitions, Resource Productivity, Cross Selling, and Value generation in new accounts etc.
- Build, manage and strengthen existing relationships with High Value clients through regular interaction/ follow-ups.
- Liaise and provide support to Branch"s operation staff for various existing businesses as well as for acquiring new clients.
- Driving New Client Acquisition efforts by interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention and achievement of revenues
