Senior Manager / Vice President - PMS Sales

We at PINC Wealth are looking to hire a Mid-Senior resource who would build a portfolio of the high net worth clients and provide exceptional service to assist them in their financial endeavors.

Scope of Role :

- Responsible to identify and cultivate prospects and/or client needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.

- Should Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities

- Should Leverage the organization's relationship with existing clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives

- Assists in the development and launching of new products

- Ensure that the product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation and opportunity.

- Works closely with the PINC team members to further develop sales opportunities

- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization.

Knowledge & Skills Required :

- Post graduate with relevant work experience in Banking/NBFC, Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred

- Should have the ability to explain complex information, be confident, and have good sales and negotiation skills.

- Should have superior knowledge of wealth management, good presentation skills, and an understanding of customer relations tactics.

- Excellent Inter personal skills and ability to work across departments and ability to drive results

- Need to have good communication skills, be very approachable and should have the ability to maintain good rapport with Clients and all stakeholders
