Pioneer Investcorp - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Investment Banking

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to support the team for complete analysis, from the ideation to the finalization of the Information Memorandum and documents for banks and liasoning with bank officials

- To assist team to help originate fresh deals and execute live deals

- To assist the team with deal closure and all work associated with it

- To assist the team with preparation of financial model, information memorandum, teaser along with research and allied activities

- Monitoring and tracking of company, industry and market developments

- Preparing pitch books and presentations; preparing industry and comparable-company analysis and documentation to support financing transactions;

- Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills and other valuation methodologies

Educational background:

- Academic /Professional Qualification: CA /CFA / MBA with a strong academic track.

Experience:

- No. of Years' Experience: Fresher / Min. 1-3 yrs of Accounting/ Auditing

- Industry: Financial Services

- Key Skill/Competencies Required: Sound understanding of finance with emphasis on financial analysis and valuations; strong presentation and communication skills.

- Debt Syndication preferable
