Pioneer Insurance - Lead - Marketing

We are looking for a Lead of Marketing & PR who will lead all our marketing & PR activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

The responsibilities will include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term departmental goals. We are looking for a skilled Marketing strategist who will inspire the team members to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Craft strategies for Marketing, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Set, monitor and report on team goals.

- Design branding and positioning of the Organization to ensure Brand Visibility.

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, social media and promotional material).

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

- Building and maintaining a positive public image of the company.

- Create media for press releases, social media messages that shape public opinion of the company and increase awareness of the brand.

- Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.

- Writing press releases and other media communications to promote the organization.

- Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.

- Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.

- Updating and maintaining Web content.

- Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
