Pinkvilla Media requires an Asst. Manager/Manager - Digital Sales for our website www.pinkvilla.com and any other websites we may launch. This will involve business development, servicing existing clients and building new business relations.

What do you need to do?
This will involve :
- Understand, optimize and package our ads and content inventory.
- Work with ad agencies, internal sales team and direct customers to run successful, measurable campaigns.
- Focus around Branded content in the form of both Articles and Videos
- Focus on the categories Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle in terms of both native content and ad banners.
- Create a very aggressive outreach program that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies and intermediaries for direct sales
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately.
- Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.
Who could you be? Background and Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales
- Some degree to show you can read and write.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well versed with Digital in terms of social, web content, videos, etc.
- Excellent with Numbers, Excels and PPTs.
