Additional information can be found on our website www.picocap.in Candidate Profile : - Matured individual with a minimum age of 45 years (Please mention your age - date of birth in your CV) - Graduate/PG with Finance Degree or related field - Knowledge of best practices in management and governance with impeccable record of business ethics - Previous experience in a senior leadership role with 10 years in a finance company. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans. - Should be Techno Savvy - Excellent inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships Responsibilities: (A)Leadership : - Strong leadership skills, development strategies - Guide and act as a mentor to our young and enthusiastic management team - Proactively address challenges in the internal and external environment to protect business interests - Ability to generate innovative solutions, take prompt action to accomplish objectives Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization. (B)Financial planning and management : - Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors - Monitor the performance of investments via MIS and ensure that parameters/policy decided upon are well respected ( C) Operational planning and management : - Create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization. ( D) Human resources planning and management : - Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance - Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission - Monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review - Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment Foster Teamwork : Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
