Role Summary :

- This is an eCommerce Category Marketing Role handling customer acquisition and retention to drive business growth

- The incumbent will take care of marketing actions inside PinkBlue with a strong customer focus

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand needs and be the voice of the customer internally. Deeply understand behaviour of customer and develop insights

- Drive customer acquisition through online and offline marketing actions

- Develop a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO etc.) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business to drive acquisition and awareness

- Handle the digital agency to work towards creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers

- Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives

- Own both creation and execution of promotions calendar

- Create promotions to drive revenue, margins, etc.

- Conceptualize, design and execute offline marketing initiatives

- Develop the right pricing policy - identify opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting

- Develop insights to help improve catalogue quality in line with the customer needs

- Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products

Key Qualities expected :

Experience in B2B business / Healthcare / Digital Marketing can be an added advantage

Salary range : 6 LPA + ESOPs
