What will be your key responsibilities :

- We are trying to do something very new in the industry and any change, in general, takes its own sweet time.

- We need smart, hardworking and sincere people who can act like catalyst for this change and transform the way our customers (Clinics / Hospitals) work currently.

- The prime responsibilities of the Customer

Transformation Manager will be :

Empowering the CT field team

- Strategically Engaging

- Data Analytics

- Implementation and Ramping up CT projects

- Getting CT tech piece built by coordinating with the in-house tech team

- The Customer Transformation team is coupled, in a seamless manner, to the Customer Success team which takes care of the entire back-end operations and fulfillment of requirements.

- We should be able to develop and own systems and processes which would aid in tracking and continuous improvement as we go ahead.

What will help you do a good job :

- The role is ideal for fresh graduates/PG (or folks with less than 2 years experience) who are looking for opportunities to start their careers in the e-commerce space.

- We are looking for people who can join us full time immediately (starting tomorrow to a couple of weeks at max) - so only people who are in a position to do the same may apply.
