If you have the ability to conceptualize, formulate and execute tech oriented systems to handle large volumes of Business Operations, a passion for making things work and a thirst for success, then you're exactly what PinkBlue is looking for.

You will be leading our efforts to build out the entire Operations for our SaaS enabled business and will play a key role in the speed of success for our company (which is what REALLY matters for any start-up). We need to integrate the Ops for SaaS accounts with the existing Operations engine and make suitable modifications needed to make it work seamlessly. What we have is an extremely beneficial proposition for large-sized healthcare providers, and we need you to ensure the Operations back-end deliver on the promises.

REQUIREMENTS :

- MBA from a Tier 1 College

- Relevant Work experience (at least 2 years)

- GREAT communication, persuasion and presentation skills.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2 - 6 yrs

REPORTING STRUCTURE :

Reports into the Head of the Operations for PinkBlue with the possibility of getting included in the Core team.

LOCATION : Bangalore

REWARDS :

We operate the largest B2B e-commerce platform for clinical supplies in India, and offer a SaaS solution for clinics and hospitals to manage their inventory and purchases out of a single window. In simple terms, clinics and hospitals across the country buy their raw materials from us. We are focused on solving the supply chain efficiency problem, which leads to 25-30% wastage in the space, by bringing in enterprise process automation and high-end analytics, which would be a first for the industry globally.
